S This report weeks old, not seen by an orthopeadic. I`am 65 years of age and healthy.Need to be directed.?
There is Evident of severe narrowing of the left medical compartment with tiny marginal osteophye formation. marginal osteophyte formation is also noted at the lateral compartment and at the patellofemoral joint.
There is no obvious fracture or subluxation
No problem in performing any exercise, although it hurts,need to get better .

    You might want to try some light swimming, even if its just walking around in shallow water. That is a good way to exercise while limiting harmful impact heavy movement.
